To ensure the safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency of our image production, we kindly request adherence to the following protocols: 1) Contract - All shoots require a simple one page contract. This establishes shoot logistics, transaction details, image ownership and acceptable usage. 2) Consideration - To receive images, you can either hire us at the posted rates or we occasionally accept trade proposals that include a compelling theme and thoughtful thank you. 3) No Intermediaries - We only contract directly with our subjects, partners, and clients. 4) Creative Control - Bay Scott maintains ultimate control of photographic content. 5) Polaroids - Polaroids are required. Polaroids must include a headshot, a full length, shots of all cosmetic modifications, and must remain accurate until completion of shoot. 6) Wardrobe - We kindly request to see wardrobe pics during contracting. 7) Escorts - Escorts are allowed as long as they are female, will work on set, and adhere to our protocols. 8) No Men - Men are a distraction and kill the energy on set. 9) Safety - For my safety, a female assistant always joins me on first engagements and I insist on shooting in a public location or upscale hotel. 10) Age Requirement - 21 for Portraiture. 23 for Boudoir. 11) No Drama - Please address and resolve any personal frictions related to this endeavor prior to engagement. 12) No Cell Phones - All phones with the exception of the escort’s are turned off at the beginning of the shoot. Emergency messages may be relayed through the escort. 13) No Cameras - Please refrain from taking pictures during the session. 14) No Insecurities - Show up to shoot with a fabulous mentality and be prepared to celebrate your beauty. 15) No Beauty Experiments - Please refrain from beautification procedures, surgeries or expirements immediately prior to the shoot. 16) Shoot Preparation - Encouraged activities include nail care, moisturizing, hydrating, and a good night's sleep. 17) No Fake Contacts - Bay can change your hue and tone to any eye color you like in a more natural way. 18) No Smoking - Including any technology that produces smoke or vapor. 19) No History of Tobacco or Drug Use - Our small effort to boycott substances poisoning women. 20) Punctuality - Shoot will be canceled if parties do not arrive within 15 minutes of agreed upon time. 21) Conduct - All participants are expected to act with grace, appreciation, courtesy, respect, maturity, politeness and professionalism. 22) Professional Relationship - Please respect that I chose to limit my relationships with my subjects to that of a business relationship. 23) No Nudes - Bay will shoot tasteful and classy implied nudes only. He doesn't photograph fully exposed women. 24) Service Requests - Specific imaging requests are reserved for clients.
